  ALTERNATIVE SPEED SESSIONS

These alternative speed sessions may be done in addition to the speed sessions outlined in the RMR training calendar.

Please see Judy if you intend to do these additional sessions or if you need futher clarification on these sessions.

  1. 15 x 40 secs @ 5k pace with 20 secs easy jog recovery
  2. 15 x 30 secs @ 5k pace with 30 secs jog recovery
  3. 200m @ 5k pace 100m at recovery pace and do this for 15 minutes
  4. 8 to 10 x 1minute @ 5k pace with 45 secs easy recovery
  5. 6 x 2minutes @ 5k pace with 1 minute easy recovery
