      Judy is a former physical education teacher who is also a qualified dietician, accredited athletics coach and one of the foundation       members of Redman Runners.

      We cater for the needs of all runners and walkers. IF you are after the widest variety of running, training and walking shoes, come       on in and check out our range. All staff working in both stores are either qualified podiatrists or studying podiatry at university. All       staff members are runners or actively involved in sports. The staff will ensure you have the correct shoes to suit your needs.

      Our Chermside store has the only Silicone Gap video gait analysis machine in Australia. This treadmill will give you a video analysis       of your running/walking style and will highlight any areas that may require you to wear a particular type of running shoe. The staff       will be able to explain the findings of the analysis and will guide you to the best shoe for your needs. We stock only the best range       from A  sics, Adidas, Brooks, Mizuno, Saucony, New Balance and Nike.

     Both stores stock a variety of running and training clothing to suit everyone. Clothing brands include Adidas, Nike, Asics, Mizuno      and Running Bare. We also have a wide range of Skins and Base Layer for those looking for the extra edge. We also carry a wide      range of accessories and supplements to get you through your training sessions.
